QPR will assess the fitness of Esteban Granero and Bobby Zamora next week after the duo limped out of today's defeat to Manchester United.
Rafael and Ryan Giggs struck at Loftus Road this afternoon to leave Rangers with 11 games left to secure Premier League status for another season.
It was another blow to Redknapp's survival hopes and the QPR manager's misery was compounded by injuries to the Spaniard and former Spurs striker Zamora.
Granero was replaced by Jermaine Jenas mid-way through the defeat to the table-toppers and Zamora soon followed with an ankle injury.
“He got a bit of a knock.,” Redknapp said of Granero in the wake of the loss. “He took a bang early in the game and was struggling with it.”
Redknapp continued: “Unfortunately Bobby’s now done his ankle.
“If his ankle isn’t too bad then he and Remy could be a good partnership. We need to get a team together on Monday, bed them in and work with them.
Rangers will hope to have the pair ready for next weekend's basement battle with fellow strugglers Southampton.
