MARTIN Jol's hopes of signing Romelu Lukaku have been dashed by the Chelsea striker's agent.
The Fulham boss has been lining up a loan move for the 19-year-old, who is set to leave Stamford Bridge to get regular first-team football.
However, the young Belgian's representative Christophe Henrotay says the forward won't be making the switch to Craven Cottage and is poised to join another Premier League club instead.
"I can assure you that Romelu is not going to Fulham," Henrotay told Sport/Foot. "I am currently finalising the details with another Premier League club.
"Romelu will go on loan. I cannot say which team he will join, or when it will happen, but things are progressing."
