Take a journey into a world of patriarchs, skeletons and imps, asylum escapees and a young couple seeking more loving arguments, as Riverside Studios hosts an adaptation of Ben Okri’s surreal fable The Comic Destiny.
Adapted from a story in the Booker Prize-winning author’s Tales of Freedom, the production is coming straight from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to Hammersmith from Tuesday, September 4.
The innovative and improvisational theatre company Lazzi will bring its trademark zany humour to tell the abstract story and bring Okri’s characters to life.
